What is included in each picnic?

Can I have a picnic in my backyard?

Here at Bluff City Garden Parties, each of our luxury picnics include set up and clean up for 1.5 hours, tons of soft blankets to spread out on, plush pillows, picnic table and stools, decorative items, a small picnic basket of misc items (Hand sanitizer, Bug spray, Sun screen, and Bluetooth speaker) and 2 wine glasses and an ice bucket with complimentary sparkling beverage.

Yes! You can have a luxury picnic at any location of your choice.There will be an additional fee for in-home picnics.

What if it rains the day I want to have my picnic?

Can I have more than 4 People?

We completely understand that rain happens! We recommend you check the weather forecast a day or two before your booking to be prepared for what may come. In the event that it is raining the day of your picnic booking,  we will allow you to reschedule but we cannot guarantee that your desired date will be available. In the case that your new date is not available, we will offer a credit that can be used towards future bookings!

Yes. We offer services for groups of up to 10. If you are interested in a group larger than 6, contact us so we can set up a custom booking and rate for you, and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Can I add more time to my Picnic?

Reschedule?

Yes! you have an option of adding an additional 30 minutes for $25, or an additional hour for $50!

To reschedule, please contact us at a minimum 24 hours in advance.

 

Cancellations must be made 72 hours before your booking time in order to receive a partial refund. (Booking Fee is non-refundable)

​

Cancellations made within 24 hours of picnic date are non-refundable.
